We’ve all seen it—Facebook threads that spiral into hate. National Book Store, the Philippines’ biggest bookstore, believed books could help change that.
With the #ReadMoreHateLess campaign, we used social listening tools to spot hateful comments and responded, not with more arguments, but with quotes from classic books about kindness, plus a link to buy the book.
A simple reminder that sometimes, the best way to fight hate... is with a good read.
